Privacy policy

This notice explains how personal information submitted through SEWADALL’s project inquiry form is handled.

Information collected and purpose

Information: Name or company, email, inquiry details, and optional information (service type, budget and preferred schedule)

Purpose: Project consultation and inquiry responses

Retention and deletion

Deleted within 90 days after consultation ends. There is no automatic deletion feature. Based on the consultation end date, the operator reviews and deletes incoming and reply emails, trash and separately stored copies in Gmail.

Consent and your rights

You may refuse consent to collection and use, but cannot submit the inquiry form without it. For access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent, contact sewaadall@gmail.com.

Email processing services

Inquiries are sent through Resend and received and managed in Google Gmail. The website does not store inquiry bodies in a separate database or logs. The operator reviews and manages the service providers’ sending data and retention policies. Processing regions and details of cross-border transfers will be confirmed from the service settings and disclosed before actual email delivery is activated.

Request limits

To prevent spam, a hash of the IP address and a request count are processed in the rate-limit store for up to 10 minutes. Inquiry bodies are not recorded in this store.
